Thank you for choosing Toucan RC Hobby. We strive to provide you with the best products and services. In there arises a need for you to initiate a return, please refer to the following established return policy:

Important Note: Our products are Remote Control Model Cars, Please carefully read the product description. Processing of Returns may take over 3 months to complete.

 

  1. Returns Eligibility:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all parts attached.

Returns are accepted within a period of 14 days from the date of purchase. Anything later will not be accepted.

 

  1. Exceptions:

Any personalized, customized, or clearance items are not eligible for return. Products purchased on promotion, those lacking original packaging, damaged by the customer, used or altered, cannot be returned. You are urged to carefully read the product description to avoid any misunderstandings.

Note: If the reason for return is due to an issue that can be easily resolved, we kindly recommend reaching out to us for assistance in finding a solution before initiating a return. It's important to note that there will be associated return fees. Your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our return policy are highly valued. In the event of receiving a damaged or defective item, we encourage you to contact us promptly for immediate assistance.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, for products returned with non-defect related reasons, the customer will bare the responsibility of the 2 way shipping costs.
