#Features:
1. This excavator consists of 95% metal components, the main arm and small are made of 304 stainless steel and processed by CNC technology. The tracks are also made of 304 stainless steel with powder metallurgy technology, resulting in a smooth surface and high precision. In addition, designs such as neat oil circuit layout, openable skylights, doors and windows, real glass windows in the cab, door latches with locking function, and adjustable tracks tightness structure, all realize the restoration of the appearance and functions of the prototype machine.
2. The hydraulic system is composed of three oil pumps, a 4-way curved surface linear reversing valve, high-speed servos, and the FrSky ETHOS system. The oil pumps have sufficient pressure and adjustable rotation speed, ensuring sufficient power for all hydraulic functions during operation and realizing precise linkage between the boom, arm, and bucket. The 4-way reversing valve is composed of a 3-way main valve and a 1-way secondary valve. The main valve is used for boom, arm, and bucket, while the secondary valve is for cooling and circulation. When the arm is not in action, the oil return circuit is opened, and hydraulic oil can return to the oil tank through the cooler. A detachable filter screen is also installed in the oil tank to filter impurities in the hydraulic oil. The main valve servo uses Yanchuang brushless servo, which is characterized by stable drive, high speed, and large torque of the brushless motor; the secondary valve is 12KG servo.
3. The hydraulic system adopts a superimposed combination of three pumps and multiple valves: the oil tank, pump, and reversing valve are all connected by a universal oil circuit assembly, which is compact and reliable, reducing the probability of oil leakage. At the same time, when all actions are performed simultaneously, they will not be interfered by others, resulting in better operating feel. The integrated oil circuit system is all hard connected, reducing the probability of oil leakage and making maintenance easier.
4. The hydraulic system of this excavator is equipped with 2 cooling fans, whose rotation speed can be automatically adjusted with temperature. When the oil temperature reaches 60 degrees, the maximum rotation speed of the fans is 9000 rpm, which can effectively dissipate heat.
5. The tightness of the tracks can be adjusted with a ratchet wrench, with large tension to prevent derailment. The adjustable stroke is long, and the entire tracks can be disassembled and assembled without removing the pin, which facilitates the replacement of the tracks and allows adjusting the natural sag of the tracks according to personal preference, making the model more realistic.
6. The slewing mechanism of the E400 has extremely high precision and very small backlash, which is specially customized. The advantage of small backlash is that forward and reverse rotation can be switched quickly. Meanwhile, the slewing mechanism uses a newly designed low-backlash reduction mechanism, making the slewing operation more delicate and precise.
7. The electronic equipment of the E400 is basically integrated into one main board, including power supplies (12V, 7.4V, 5V), receiver, and electronic speed controllers (1 for slewing, 3 for oil pumps, 1 for brushless wrist slewing, 1 for brushed attachments). In addition, a fuse is added, which is easier to replace if it is burned due to a short circuit. The servo is independently powered by 7.4V, stably providing 10A current. When the battery voltage is lower than 11.1V, the main board will emit a ""beep-beep-beep"" alarm, and the oil pump speed will decrease, making the overall operation slower, and you need to replace the battery.
8. Each E400 excavator has an independent nameplate number. Before leaving the factory, the manufacturer will carefully program and adjust it in conjunction with the latest FrSky ETHOS remote control system to ensure the best operating feel.
