For in-stock products, orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days. Custom-made models require approximately 30-60 business days for production before shipment.

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery times are:

European Union & Canada: 20-25 business days（Prepaid Tax Way）
Other countries and regions: 7-15 business days

If you need your order sooner, express shipping is available for most destinations, with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for customs clearance and any applicable import duties or taxes when choosing express shipping. Painted & Unassembled Kit – Ideal for customers who prefer to assemble the model themselves while enjoying a professionally painted finish.
Painted & Assembled Ready-to-Run (RTR) Model – Fully assembled, tested, and ready to operate right out of the box.

✅️Are replacement parts available?

Yes. We offer replacement parts for many models. If you can't find the part you need, please contact us.

✅️Can I Customize My Model?

Yes! Customization is one of our specialties.

If you have a specific design, color scheme, or functional requirement, feel free to contact us. We offer a variety of customization options, including custom paint schemes, working attachments, LED lighting, sound systems, smoke units, FPV cameras, and other performance upgrades.

✅️What Should I Do If My Model Arrives Damaged?

We carefully inspect and securely package every model before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging.

Our professional technical support team will review the issue and provide the most appropriate solution to help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

✅️Can I Upgrade the Model Later?

It depends on the model. Some models support optional upgrades such as lighting systems, sound systems, additional attachments, and other accessories, while others have limited or no upgrade options.
